Early career in procurement & sourcing
After completing an MSc in International Trade, Christophe began his career running commodity procurement platforms before obtaining the CIPS International Certificate in Purchasing & Supply. These commercial foundations shape Redyron’s cost‑per‑MT approach today.

Pivot to nutrition science
A diploma in Nutrition and ISO 22000 auditor training equipped him to advise on food‑safety, HACCP and micronutrient stability – skills most brokers lack.

18 years, 30 projects, 4 continents. Highlights include

Led researches to improve understanding on the use of iodized salt in processed foods

Led two studies on nutrient‑rich local foods for mothers & infants

Designed rice‑fortification pilots from Ivory Coast to Senegal and Mali
